Create New Ticket

Before filing a ticket, please read the following guidelines:

  • Search for an existing or past ticket first to see if one is already filed that covers your issue.
  • Please evalutate the symptom that you're seeing to come up with as much information about what causes the bug to occur and what the situation is. Put this information in the "Description" field and be as descriptive as possible.
  • If you can reproduce your bug, please capture a debug log and attach it to the bug report. To do this, close D-RATS and re-open it so it is fresh. Do only the actions required to reproduce the bug and then go to Help->Show Debug Log. Save the resulting file and attach it to this report by selecting "I have files to attach to this ticket" below.   • If you are experiencing a crash please attach the debug log. Since D-RATS cleans the debug log each time, you need to get it manually before restarting D-RATS. Instructions on how to do that are here.
  • It is extremely important that you provide the exact D-RATS version that you are using in the version field below. If you're using a beta version, be sure to include the number.
  • If you are experiencing a crash on startup please be sure to attach your configuration file. Instructions on how to get the configuration file are here
